Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two processes:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The transit time is mentioned when you choose the shipping option.
The country’s import duties, taxes and fees are not included. These fees will be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You “customer” are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees and for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination.

Return & Exchange

Due to hygienic reasons, products that are delivered according to your order(s), are exempt from being returned or exchanged thus refunds are not available.

Incomplete or wrong products

If you have received a product that you did not order (for example the wrong sizes or wrong amount), you can return or exchange the product. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To contact our customer service for more help, reach out to us via


Refunds are available if you have received incomplete or wrong products. After receiving the goods back in our distribution center, you will be refunded within 14 business days. 

Products that are delivered according to your order(s), are exempt from being refunded.
